Our subsidiary - Shanghai Wanshun Metal Material Co., Ltd. is near Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. We have the advantage of geographical position and convenient transportation.
Our co***ny was established in 1995, covering an area of more than 3,333.5 square meters. Our register capital is 30 million USD, and our net asset is about 50 million USD. Permanent asset is more than 19 million USD. Since 1997, we have been always praised as "AA" Grade Co***ny by Chinese Government. During 2006, our sale revenue achieved 0.5 billion USD, and our capacity of prepainted steel coil is more than 50,000MT per year.
We brought pipeline equipment from Germany to produce various steel coils and plates: hot dip galvanized steel coil, pre painted steel coil, color coated sandwich panels, color coated corrugated sheets, floor profiles, C profiles and Z profiles. New project was finished in May, 2008. Our capacity will be 700,000MT/year (hot dip galvanized steel coil - 200,000MT/year, prepainted steel coil - 250,000MT/year, other products will be up to 50,000MT/year).
The specification of our hot dip galvanized steel coil:
Thickness is from 0.14mm - 3.0mm, width is from 800mm - 1500mm, and zinc coating is from 60g/m2 - 275g/m2.
The specification of our prepainted steel coil:
Thickness is from 0.14mm - 0.8mm, width is from 800mm - 1250mm, and color coating is up to 30 micro totally. The goods are specialized in construction.
Our Color Coated Sandwich Panels have these types: 980, 960, 1150, 1200. The length could be 1m to 21m;
